And speaking of…is anyone giving up anything for Lent? Lent begins February 6th (Ash Wednesday) and runs until Easter. I’m not Catholic, but I find the idea intriguing…and considering it coincides with my training schedule, I’d like to give up something to help me out there. Maybe meat? I know I can’t give up sweets. Soda would probably be a good choice, although I don’t drink much to begin with. I would say alcohol, but evidently alcohol consumption is actually complimentary to training. Who knew? 😉
Anyone have any ideas on what I should give up?
